The graduation rites last April 24, 2008 saw 60 new doctors who have been guided and nurtured by your Alma Mater They deserve your congratulations as fellow Alumni and your prayers to uphold their values and be real CIM Physicians with a Heart.

To our dear alumni,
The celebration of the CIM Golden Jubilee has been truly successful and heartwarming.
You have greatly honored your Alma Mater. You are all deserving of her profound gratitude. The CIM Alumni Association both in the country and in the United States who were the prime movers in the fabulous celebration were surely be glad to share thier success with all thier fellow alumni.
The general homecoming on December 8 held at the Amphitheater of the Cebu Institute of Medicine was very well participated in by over three hundred both balikbayans and resident alumni. They were updated by the Dean on various achievemants of the school who acknowledged the donors of the various renovations which were blessed after the holy mass. The newly finished projects which were blessed were the Skills Laboratory, the Landscaping of the CIM frontage and unveiling of the bust of the founder, Dr. Jacinto Velez, Sr., and the Memorabilia in all the floors of the schools.
As has been done yearly, during the fellowship luncheon raffles were drawn with the major prize of the CIM Scholarship Award for the offspring of the alumni. The lucky winner was Dr. Roland L. Uy.
A very important part of the yearly CIM Alumni Homecoming is the recognition and awarding of the Most Outstanding CIM Alumnus of the Year. This year the honors went to Dr. Dennis Villaruel a Silver Jubilarian.
