We may likewise gather other information necessary to carry out CIM's academic, administrative, and institutional purposes.

• Topnotcher recognition: Should you achieve top honors, we will celebrate your success while fully respecting your privacy rights under the Data Privacy Act

When it is no longer needed, we dispose of it responsibly through shredding (for physical files). These systems help CIM work efficiently and reliably.
